Great prices. Great quality. My only complaint is the shipping. I’ve never received a shipment in 3 days. Always 5 minimum to over a week. I don’t hold that against NK. I realize its an issue w/ USPS. One order was really screwed up on delivery, but Monica was excellent about sending out a replacement order. (And a great big thx again to Monica for that !!!). I would & do highly recommend NK to anyone looking for a reputable kratom vendor. Hope everyone has an excellent day !!!

Hello nova heads. I just Wana say Monica has gone above and beyond for me. I ordered a kilo a week ago and it was supposed to be here last Thursday and it seems lost. Monica sent me another to replace it which is awesome because I am having to go to the local smoke shop to buy stuff that sucks and way to expensive. My only complaint is not with her or the product but with USPS. It would really make a huge difference if you would use FedEx or UPS, USPS is so bad and has so many problems. I put in an order for lost packages and they do nothing. My Houston post cent is trash and everybody and their moms have problems with them and loosing packages or they just sit there for weeks B4 it even moves. Novad prices can’t be beat and quality is good too. Thank you for everything and keep on keeping on….
I know a lot of people who want the gunnies. Your competitors are now making extracts in gummy or the shots. We have to buy the gummies from other sites but maybe you can look into getting on extracts if their is a market for it.

Just so ya know, I’ve tried all kinds a websites, being the kratom connoisseur that I am. Trust me, to anyone who is asking, they are the most trusted and reliable shipping I have seen so far! And might I add the best product! I did have a question, when putting in an order on the weekend, is it better to wait till Monday to put an order in or do weekend orders get first priority at the beginning of the week?

I just made an order again. I love the kratom from this company. However, there has never been a time Ive received my order in 3 days. More like a week or more!!! I started order from this company because of the supposed fast shipping. I stayed with this company because of the quality.
Totally fair question anytime you’re shopping online. I’m just a customer, but I’ve been using their products for awhile and put in several orders. Always arrives quickly, in good condition, and if it matters to you it will be in a discreet package. The Kratom itself is better than I’ve purchased anywhere else.
