We ship orders every day Monday to Sunday, and all orders go out daily, if you place the order before the cutoff time it will go out that same day! Once the shipping company picks it up you will receive a tracking number by email that will help you track your order.
Hi, I believe the post office has lost my previous order after sending it to the entirety wrong county which is why I placed another one today. When it arrived on Miami Dade, they inexplicably sent it up to Dania Beach in Broward county where it’s been stuck for over a day. They seem to have no intention of fixing their mistakes either and the website won’t allow me to access any links to complain myself. Hopefully you can help because in my experience they won’t bother to correct this any time soon if at all. Thanks

First of all I love Nova Kratom and I have been ordering from this company singularly since I first ordered on this site. I love the Super White and I have never had any issues until my most recent order, the order normally would be delivered today and instead the tracking number has it in LA. I live in Texas, so I am confused as to why the USPS sent my order the wrong direction. I am just replying ensuring that my normal address is still the destination. Thank you for a great, affordable, and reliable product.
I recently ordered some super white capsules and my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and instead it is in a big loop in Colorado and the tracking number hasn’t been updated since yesterday morning so I am getting concerned.
